a little ditty about jack in my dream
remembered moments from my dream last night:
i was standing in line behind paris hilton. i was contemplating how far i could get away with shoving her out of my way. behind me in line, was the youngest of john cougar mellencamp's two sons from his marriage of the now-defunct "jack and diane" team. his mom's new boyfriend was with him. i was touched by how attentive he was being with someone who wasn't even his son.
